The sorting system adopts a gigabit 16 electric industrial switch X61016. The PLC of each sorter and the scanning camera of the sorting line are respectively connected to one port of the industrial switch, and the switches are cascaded to form a local area network. After receiving transportation instructions, the automatic sorting machine quickly sorts the goods based on the variety, material, weight, and shipping destination captured by the visual scanning camera, and then delivers the goods to the designated shelves or shipping platforms.
